Directed by Ragan Henderson in collaboration with Brickhead Productions, What Everybody Wants is a music video created for pop artist, Chelsea Cutler. Shot all in one take, the video gradually moves from clean cut poppy backdrops to reveal the true setting around Cutler, several cluttered sets on a sound stage. This design approach creates the core theme of Cutler’s video; as a relationship comes to an end, our fantasy world is stripped away. When fantasy fades, reality reveals itself to us in surprising and unexpected ways.
